Rent A Pavilion

To rent a pavilion, please review The Rules and complete the Rental Agreement and submit it to Cecil Township, 3599 Millers Run Road, Cecil, PA 15321, via US Mail or in person. Reservations start at 6:00 AM on Friday, March 6. 2026, for residents and 8:00 AM Friday March 13, 2026, for non-residents. All reservations are first come, first served.

Pavilion Rental Process - a $50 check is required for all rentals. 

PAVILION RENTAL PROCESS: 

         RESIDENTS ONLY

Pavilion rental for residents ONLY is Friday, March 6 @ 6AM.

Please come to the township building ( Generations side) Thursday, March 5th @ 7pm.

You will pick up an application and a number.

You will come back on Friday, March 6 @ 6AM and we will go in numerical order for your rental.

We are also requiring a $50.00 refundable deposit on ALL PAVILION RENTALS 

PAVILION RENTAL PROCESS:

        NON-RESIDENTS

 Pavilion rentals for non-residents is Friday, March 13 @ 8:00 AM.

 Please note that the fees for the pavilions have changed.

We are also requiring a $50.00 refundable deposit on ALL PAVILION RENTALS

Your check for the deposit will be destroyed if the pavilion is cleaned and all the trash is removed.

 

Checks ONLY made payable to “Cecil Township”.
