Waste Management recycle containers are available at the Township Building, 3599 Miller’s Run Road.
Once you have established an account with Waste Management, please call: 724-745-2227 to receive a recycling bin. You will be required to pick up your recycling bin in person at 3599 Millers Run Road, Cecil, Pa. 15321.
