Act 14 of 2022 updates Act 14 of 1984. It offers residents the opportunity to review Department of Environmental Protection permits before they are accepted and issued to applicants. The DEP offers e-notification subscriptions for residents to receive electronic copies of the permit application for review prior to issuance.
