A variance is a deviation from the established building code requirements. A variance must granted by the Zoning Hearing Board and accepted by the Board of Supervisors at a regular Cecil Township meeting.
To apply for a variance, print off the Cecil Township Application for Variance and Special Exception and Appeal and submit it to the Zoning Department at 3599 Millers Run Road, Cecil, Pa. 15321.
