Agriculture Security Area (ASA) Committee

The Agriculture Security Area (ASA) Committee is comprised of three full-time, Cecil Township resident farmers, one nonfarming resident, and a member of the Board of Supervisors. They are tasked with administering the ASA and the seven-year review. THis committee reports to the Board of Supervisors.

Board of Auditors

The Board of Auditors determines the salary of the appointed road master for the Township.

Board of Appeals / Property Maintenance Code

Any person directly affected by a decision of the code official or a notice or order issued under the Property Maintenance Code shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Appeals

Library Board

A 2 member Board that represents the Township on the Frank Sarris Public Library Board. This Board update the Supervisors on the services and benefits that the Frank Sarris Public Library has to offer.

Municipal Authority

A 5 member Board charged with the maintenance, operation and expansion of the sanitary sewer system.

Parks & Recreation Board

A 7 member Board that meets to discuss and plan for the recreational needs of the Township.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission's primary function is to review matters pertaining to subdivision, land development, zoning revisions, amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance and updates the Township's Comprehensive Plan.

Zoning Hearing Board

Members of the Zoning Hearing Board are empowered to rule on various provisions of the Township's Unified Development Ordinance.
