Act 14 of 2022 ReportingAct 14 of 2022 offers residents the opportunity to comment on The Department of Environmental Protection permit applications before they are accepted or declined. Residents can add their comments to the decision making process in a 30-day window prior to the DEP decision. Cecil Township will post all applications sent by the DEP to the Township website and residents who have subscribed t the Township website can elect to receive notifications once permits are posted. As an alternative, residents can subscribe to the DEP's e-Notification system and receive the applications immediately to their personal email address. See Residents - Act 14 of 2024 tab on the main page of the Cecil Township website.
