The History of the Fall Festival

Long before the Don Berty Stage, the concession stand, the restrooms, and the pavilions, there was a dream. A dream of a day when our community would come together, celebrate in unity, and enjoy Cecil Township amenities. Sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Board of Don Berty, John Taylor, Alan Barni, Paul Pozonsky, John Engel, and Bruce Walker, along with Cecil Postmaster Arlene Curry and a host of others, the dream turned into a reality. This is another great example of the right idea, at the right time, in the right place.
