The Township Zoning Hearing Board consists of three members and one alternate appointed by the Board of Supervisors, each serving a three-year term. The powers and duties of the board consist of hearing appeals, challenges to the ordinances and maps, special exceptions, non-conforming property expansion, and variances. All decisions by the board are subject to an appeal filed with the Court of Common Pleas within 30 days of the findings.
The Zoning Hearing Board meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the municipal building on Millers Run Road. All hearings are open to the public and advertised prior to the hearings.
